♡Terms Of Service♡

Purchasing from me or owning my art and/or characters,
you must read and agree to my terms of service.
Failing to follow my terms will result in being blacklisted permanently.
If you wish to not receive a blacklisting, please continue reading below.

♡My Right As An Artist♡

- I have the right to deny or refuse any commission without explanation.
- I have the right to use and post any artwork that is commissioned from me as an example of my work on any platform.
- I have the right to blacklist anyone with no explanation.
- I have the right to use the money before I complete a commission. This is my job, I’ll use the money when necessary.
- I have the right to refund you when I no longer can work
on the commission.

♡You May♡

- Repost the art and/or character on any website as long as you properly credit me.
- Edit the art and/or character as long as you credit me for the original design.
- Use the artwork and/or character for any individual material use such as fursuits, t-shirts, pins, etc.
- Sell or trade my character designs if you are the current owner.
- Use my designs for VR Chat Avatars for Individual Use! Just Credit Me For The OG Design.
- Use my designs for VR Chat Avatars to sell! Just ensure you actually own the character, if you no longer do stop all sales at once!
-Use my designs to create art for material items to sell! (For example one of my designs is your fursona and you want to make pins to sell!)
-Please always remember to credit me <3!

♡You May Not♡

- Sell my individual artwork
-Sell my artwork on material items
- Trace my artwork
- Use my artwork as an NFT
-Use my artwork for AI, my work is copyrighted!
- Repost my work with no credit
- Claim my art/designs as yours
- Remove my watermark on anything I have created

♡General♡

- My que is private. I work with art that I feel capable with that day so I can produce the best quality work.
- Wait time for a completed commission can vary from 1-4 weeks.
- If something has come up in my personal life, commissions may be delayed a bit further, I will individually contact everyone as well as post on my Instagram story explaining further.
- You can ask for updates whenever! As long as it doesn’t result in spam. But I will always send updates of your commission whether you request so or not.
- Give me 24-48 hours to reply to your emails/messages. If I do not reply within that timeframe please send another message to ensure I have received it.

♡Before Commissioning Me♡

Please Keep In Mind That
- Once the lineart is completed I will not change or adjust it, please say something during the sketching/lining stage if you want the lines altered.
- I will not redo colouring if I’ve already began the shading process.
- With my on base commissions I will alter the lineart but not to heavily that I’m practically redrawing things.
- Each commission can take 1-4 weeks for full completion.

♡Payment♡

- I only accept PayPal AUD!
- Payment upfront please
- All my prices are in AUD, you can look up conversion rates online, or PayPal also has a conversion rate when you pay me!
- I can invoice you on PayPal if you request or I can send my link forward and you pay from there.
- Tips are allowed if you wish, it is very much appreciated as all the support means the world to me <3

♡Refunds♡

- Refunds are not an option once I get to the colour, or when I get to colour on my on base work as well!
- Absolutely no chargebacks.
- I may refund you if I can no longer continue your commission, this is rare however!

♡Additional♡

- Shading is free, you may request it or not!
- Each character added to the piece is an extra 50% of the commission cost.
- I only do simple backgrounds free of charge as they come with every commission!
-Full bodies and half bodies can have more detailed backgrounds.

- Furries (feral and anthro)

- SFW Nudity
- NSFW Nudity (maybe)

♡What I Don’t Draw♡

- Fetish content
- Feral nsfw (please get off my page if you are looking for this…)
- Anything deemed as hateful and/or offensive
